Sheldon Water Tower Work Started Again For 2023 Construction Season

Sheldon, Iowa — Work on the new water tower project in far southeastern Sheldon has begun again for the construction season.

We were able to talk to Sheldon Public Works Director Todd Uhl, who tells us what crews are doing at the site.

He says the pipeline infrastructure is already in place.

Uhl says the $2 million, 500,000-gallon pedestal-type water tower is being constructed by Maguire Iron out of Sioux Falls.
