Orange City, Iowa — This must be the season for Relay For Life events in northwest Iowa. O’Brien County recently held their event, and this week both Sioux and Lyon counties will have theirs.
The Sioux County American Cancer Society Relay For Life is this Wednesday, June 13th at Windmill Park in Orange City. We talked with Gerry Bomgaars, who is the one in charge this year, and he tells us what to expect.
According to information from the American Cancer Society, the team “Kinsey Warriors” is in the lead fundraising-wise, having raised over $10,000 for the Sioux County Relay For Life.
