Orange City, Iowa — A Sioux Falls man was arrested after he allegedly showed up at the Sioux County Jail, drunk.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday evening, they arrested 43-year-old David Dixon of Sioux Falls.
Deputies say Dixon drove to the Sioux County Jail to turn himself in concerning an outstanding arrest warrant. When deputies took Dixon into custody, they say they suspected he was under the influence of alcohol.
He was subsequently charged with operating while intoxicated and public intoxication, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
