Maurice, Iowa — The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on a hit-and-run accident that occurred at a residential property on Highway 75 near Maurice.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29th, when deputies say a Toyota 4Runner struck a machine shed and left the area without reporting the incident. They say parts found at the scene indicate the vehicle is a 1996-1998 model., and they indicate that the vehicle will likely have significant front-end damage.
