Spencer, Iowa – Progress continues on developing an app that city officials in Spencer say will help warn residents of impending dangers, including floods. City Manager Kevin Robinson gave an update at last week’s city council meeting.
Robinson says it will be the first of its kind in Iowa.
Robinson says they’re hoping the app will be completed and ready to roll out by this spring.
