Sheldon, Iowa — Two Sheldon men were recently elected to the Board of Directors at Village Northwest Unlimited in Sheldon.
According to a release from the Village, Trevor Gottula and Tom Fuoss were chosen to serve on the VNU Board. Gottula is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in Sheldon and is also President of the Sheldon Chamber and Development Board of Directors. Fuoss is the Location Manager of the Sheldon office of Perspective Insurance and serves on the Sheldon Planning and Zoning Board. Gottula and Fuoss were elected to fill the unexpired terms of two retiring board members, Congressman Randy Feenstra of Hull and Duane Muecke of Sheldon.
Gottula and Fuoss join current board members Barry Whitsell, Dennis Ten Clay, Heidi Brown, Chad Pettit, Amy Van Marel, Pastor Marvin Lindley, Judy Winkel, Dave Van Essen and Sherri Zeutenhorst, all of Sheldon, along with Nathan Rockman of Sibley and Ann Maggert of Matlock.
