Vendor Applications Now Available For Iowa’s Ride Sheldon 2020 Visit

Sheldon, Iowa — The population of Sheldon should more than double when Iowa’s Ride 2020 pedals into town for an overnight stay, Friday July 17th.

Vendors are needed to accommodate the several thousand riders and support personnel who will be arriving in Sheldon that Friday. Vendor Application Forms, including instructions and other information, can be downloaded by CLICKING HERE.

Iowa’s Ride 2020 is the inaugural edition of the bicycle ride, which crosses Iowa from east to west the week BEFORE cyclists pedal across the state from west to east during the annual RAGBRAI ride.

Iowa’s Ride plans to accept a maximum of 5,000 registrations for this year’s ride, and already have more than a thousand riders from 45 states and 5 foreign countries, who have registered to participate in Iowa’s Ride 2020.

Sheldon is one of the first host communities to announce musical artist performances. Friday night, the South Dakota group the Judd Hoos Band will be performing, with hometown favorites, the MAC Band opening for Judd Hoos. Iowa’s Ride 2020 will arrive in Sheldon on Friday, July 17th, and leave on Saturday morning, July 18th, pedaling toward Rock Rapids, and the end of the inaugural event.
