Sheldon, Iowa — It’s that time again, Village Northwest Unlimited is preparing to hold their Annual Independence Day Celebration.
VNU’s President and CEO Barry Whitsell invites the public to celebrate the 4th of July with VNU’s residents on Monday, July 3rd, starting at 5 p.m. He tells us the food trucks will open at that time and what food trucks will be there.
He says there will also be different activities starting at 6 p.m.
Whitsell says at 7 p.m. the band will take to the stage. He tells us about the band that will perform this year.
Then once it’s dark enough, Whitsell says, the evening will end with a big fireworks show.
Whitsell says this isn’t a fundraiser event.
Whitsell says he hopes everyone comes out to celebrate with them on Monday, July 3rd, and he wishes everyone a safe 4th of July.
