Sheldon, Iowa — The third production of the 50th season for Sheldon High School Summer Theatre takes to the stage this weekend.
This week’s show is a drama entitled, Women and War, and will be performed Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at the Sheldon High School. Lauren Davis is the director of Women and War tells us more.
Faith E. Richards is one of the actors in this week’s production, and she tells us she plays multiple characters in the show.
Shelby Petersen is also heavily involved in Women and War, both on-stage and off.
This week’s production, Women and War, will be presented this Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 in the Sheldon High School Commons. Tickets will be available at the door.
There are six productions presented as part of Sheldon High School Summer Theatre season, and a special event has been scheduled to celebrate the program’s 50th season. The final production of the season will be Pippin, which will be presented July 7th, 8th and 9th. A 50th Anniversary Banquet will be held prior to the final performance of Pippin, on Saturday , July 9th. Davis fills us in.
Reservations for the July 9th 50th Anniversary Banquet may be made by contacting Sheldon High School, and must be made by June 30th.
