An Ice Cream Soda is also known as an Ice Cream Float. The drink is believed to have originated in the United States and is celebrated annually on June 20th.
Milkshakes, meanwhile, have a surprisinglly rich history. Initially, they were alcoholic concoctions, then they evolved into matled milk drinks. And, finally, with the invention of the electric blender, became the ice cream-based beverages we know today.
