Foodie Friday:

It’s National Tortellini Day!

Tortellini is a type of stuffed pasta typical in Italy. Traditionally, it is stuffed with a mix of meat (like pork loin, prosciutto, or portabella), parmesan cheese, egg and nutmeg.
