Spencer, Iowa — The Clay County Fair powered by SMU has announced a change in a grandstand show. Fair officials say that due to health-related issues, the Mavericks’ show on Monday, September 9th has been canceled. The group Lonestar will perform instead.
Fair officials say The Jorgensens will still be on stage that evening as originally planned.
Those who purchased advanced tickets for the Mavericks who would like to attend the Lonestar show should simply hold on to their tickets. Maverick fans who would like a refund can do that via email at midwestix.com, by calling 515-244-2771, or in person at the Events Center Box Office.
