Farmers for Soil Health engage in sustainability work

IARN — Farmers for Soil Health recently received a grant from the USDA as part of the Climate-Smart Commodity Program.

Nathan Fields, vice president of production and sustainability with the National Corn Growers Association, says that when ag groups work together to strive towards a goal it can create an atmosphere of cooperation.

Unemployment rate drops in April

The April unemployment rate dropped to two-point-eight percent compared to two-point-nine percent in March. Iowa Workforce Development director, Beth Townsend, says
