Growing the ground pork market by studying consumer shopping trends

IARN — The National Pork Board is using Pork Checkoff funds to try and persuade consumers to opt for a different ground meat at the grocery store.

Neal Hull, National Pork Board director of domestic market development, says the partnership helped the NPB to meet goals that it set for ground pork in 2020.
