Iowan nominated to become USDA under secretary for trade

IARN — The U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry today held a hearing to consider the nomination of Alexis Taylor, of Iowa, to become Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Senator Chuck Grassley is confident Taylor is well suited for the job.
