IARN — As we head into fall, we reminisce about the summer and the fairs and festivals that were are a part of our summer plans. We especially remember the barns full of animals and the buildings bursting with projects from our young, local 4-H members. They are part of the biggest draws to fairs around the state, and we are always surprised by the level of discipline and work that they put into every project. But there is so much more to 4-H than the livestock and projects.
