Trade issues are still at the forefront

IARN — Trade is a moving target, and it takes the ability to adapt to be successful. It can be affected by government regulations, geopolitical disagreements, other trade agreements, price, product availability and so much more.

The trade issues of today are not going to be the same issues of a few months ago. The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) is watching a few key trade relationships and how they are evolving.

AFBF Senior Director of Government Affairs Dave Salmonsen talks about the changes President Biden just made to our trade relationship with Russia. This is because of Russia’s invasion of its neighbor Ukraine.
