Home meal replacement (HMR) kits are one way to satisfy this need, and the Korean market is a worldwide leader in the development of HMR products. USMEF President and CEO Dan Halstrom said USMEF staff recently gathered in Korea for a conference in which they looked at the explosive growth of home meal replacement kits in the country.
