IARN — The first cargo ship loaded with Ukrainian grain to leave Ukraine since the Russian invasion left the port of Odesa on August 1st.
Grain shipments from Ukraine have increased in recent weeks which has lessened some food supply concerns and prices have dropped since the restart of grain exports from the country.
Despite the increase in shipments, Ukraine is still nowhere near its typical level of grain exports according to commodity broker and AgMarket.net co-founder Jim McCormick.
