Spencer, Iowa — One of the eight days of this year’s Clay County Fair will be dedicated to Iowa and its ties to rock ‘n roll. Fair General Manager Jason Brockshus says they’ve partnered with the Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association to bring Iowa Music Day to the Clay County Fair on Thursday, September 11th.
Brockshus says the Clay County Fair and the Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association began to collaborate last year, but he says the timing wasn’t quite right then.
