Ocheyedan Man Identified As Winner Of $150,000 In Recent Powerball Drawing

Ocheyedan, Iowa (KUOO) — Officials with the Iowa Lottery have confirmed that an Ocheyedan man purchased a ticket for the March 9th Powerball drawing that was worth $150,000.

Christopher Sik claimed his prize last week at an Iowa Lottery Regional Headquarters in Storm Lake.

Sik initially won $50,000, but lottery officials say he included the power play option, tripling the winnings.

Sik purchased the winning ticket at Carstensen’s Meat and Grocery in Lake Park.
