Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Chamber and Development Corporation would like to highlight the affordable housing options available in Sheldon, and an event has been scheduled for this Thursday night to do just that.
Sheldon Development Director Tania Herrera tells us more about it.
Some of the properties available are duplexes, says Herrera.

We asked her how the event will work.
She says they’ll have maps both online and at the SCDC booth in Sheldon Crossing.
This Thursday’s “Sheldon Parade of Affordable Housing will take place with Open Houses at various locations around town, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Again, after visiting the open houses, stop by the SCDC booth in Sheldon Crossing, you can be entered for a chance to win $30 Sheldon Dollars!
