Sibley, Iowa — A Catholic group is going to be having some special prayers for Tuesday’s election.
It’s called a Patriotic Rosery, and it will be held this Saturday in Sibley.
Lila Hatting is Vice Regent of Catholic Daughters of St. Andrew’s in Sibley and she is one of the people setting it up. For those of us who aren’t Catholic or don’t know what a rosary is, she first explains the concept of a regular rosary.
She says they pray for every state in the union individually.
She says they pray that the election will be fair.
The Patriotic Rosary will be prayed starting at 10:00 a.m. this Saturday at St. Andrew’s in Sibley.
