Le Mars, Iowa — A suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a Le Mars homicide investigation. Le Mars police officers say 21-year-old Omar Martinez Cruz has been taken into custody.
Cruz was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Miguel Martinez that took place in an apartment in Le Mars on Monday, Sept. 30. Cruz was taken into custody on Sunday.
