Sheldon, Iowa — Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) and community leaders celebrated the new residence hall at NCC on Wednesday with a ribbon cutting.
NCC’s Coordinator of Residence Life And Student Activities, Nicholas Wyatt, tells us more.
Sheldon Chamber & Development (SCDC) Director, Tania Herrera Gonzales spoke on behalf of the SCDC.
Skip Tanner spoke on behalf of the Sheldon Ambassadors.
The weather at the event was great and there was a good turnout at the event.
NCC President, Dr. John Hartog tells us about the capacity of the fifth residence hall on campus.
Dr. Hartog says there are some special features of the community room.
The ribbon cutting is part of the Days of Thunder Homecoming celebration going on this week at NCC.
