Sheldon, Iowa — Another group is coming in from outside the area to help flood victims.
Rob Roozeboom, founder and president of Rise Ministries — the organization behind RiseFest says there’s a group coming to help through their connections with Rise.
Roozeboom says when the flood hit, Rise Ministries were just trying to think of ways they could help.
