Rock Rapids Man Facing Felony Drug Charge

Rock Rapids, Iowa — A Rock Rapids man has been arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was carried out.

Cuff was charged with failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a class D felony. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison. He also faces a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, second offense.

At last report, no court dates had been scheduled in the case.

Cuff was booked into the Lyon County Jail in Rock Rapids and was released the same day after posting a $6300 cash or surety bond.
