Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon Civic Music Association is going to be hosting another performance this Monday night, March 31st.
Association president Lyle Hollander tells us about it.
Hollander says there needed to be parent-teacher conferences on the night the concert was originally scheduled. He tells us a little more about the Chad Lee Trio.
He says it will be a well-rounded concert. Their style includes everything from Merle Haggard to Ray Charles to Journey to Bon Jovi to the Eagles to Tom Petty.
According to Hollander, the Sheldon Civic Music Association has another concert coming up on April 24th — and that one will feature the Alliance Brass.
He says they have a special educational promotion with this particular concert.
Hollander says that concert will be the final one of Sheldon Civic Music Association’s year. The concerts for the next year will include groups known as “The Young Original,” “French Family Band” from Australia, “Suits,” and around Christmastime, “The Hollander Jazz Group” (no connection to Lyle Hollander).
Hollander also thanks all their sponsors and says they couldn’t do it without them.
