Spencer, Iowa — Construction of a new Emergency Department at Spencer Hospital is winding down. Brenda Tiefenthaler, President of Spencer Hospital, says the improvements will enhance the delivery of emergency care services.
Tiefenthaler says the project follows years of planning and designing.
Tiefenthaler adds the public will have a firsthand opportunity to view the improvements at some open houses next week.
The new Emergency Department at Spencer Hospital will officially open to patients at 8:00 am Wednesday, August 13th.
