Saturday’s festival fundraiser will be an all-day event at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer and will culminate with a FREE Saturday evening concert by Faster Horses. All monies raised will go to the Northwest Iowa Corridor Habitat for Humanity to build homes for those Clay County residents displaced by last June’s devastating flooding.
