Northwest Iowa — Our recent nice high temperatures have brought out the walkers, bicycle riders, and motorcyclists.
And that’s great, but Trooper Kevin Krull with the Iowa State Patrol says that means we all have to be more alert on the roads. He gives us a sobering statistic for the state.
He says motorcycles are joining other vehicles on the road too. And he gives us a trick to keep looking out for motorcycles.
Another trick that law officers tell us is to expect the other drivers to make mistakes, and plan in your head what you would do if they did. That way, you’re more prepared when they DO make those mistakes.
