Eileen Mae Klootwyk, age 83 of Sheldon, Iowa passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Sanford Sheldon Medical Center in Sheldon, Iowa.
Her Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Netherlands Reformed Church in Sioux Center, Iowa with Rev. R. H. Hofman officiating.
Burial will be in the East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon with a graveside service at 9:30 A.M..
Visitation will be after 4 P.M. on Monday, April 1, 2019 at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon, Iowa with the family present from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
Arrangements are under the care of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home.
