Rev. Duane Jalas, age 76 of Sutherland, IA, passed away at Avera McKenan Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hartley. Visitation will be held at the Hartley Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 10th, from 2:00 p.m until 7:00 p.m. The family will be present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday evening.
Burial will take place at Waterman Cemetery near Sutherland, IA. The Hartley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for 76-year-old Rev. Duane Jalas of Sutherland, IA.
