Allan Swalve, age 72 of Sioux Falls, SD, formerly from George, IA died Monday, Dec. 19, 2016 at his daughter’s home near Rock Rapids, IA, while receiving care from Lyon County Hospice.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 23rd at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Rapids, with Rev. Olaf Roynesdal and Rev. Dan Kordahl officiating.
Burial will be Friday at 3:00 PM at Roseni Lutheran Cemetery near Beresford, SD.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 23rd from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Rapids.
Military honors will be provided by Van Anne-Fields Post No. 6960, VFW and Rex Strait Post No. 103, American Legion of Rock Rapids, IA.
