Chad Hoekstra, age 36 of Sioux Center, Iowa died Saturday, July 13, 2019 of natural causes at his home in Sioux Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Faith Christian Reformed Church of Sioux Center with Rev. Bob Pollema and Rev. Aaron Baart officiating. Interment will follow the service.
Visitation with the family present will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17th at the Faith Christian Reformed Church of Sioux Center.
