A memorial service for David Perkins, age 63, of Lake Park, will be held Monday, September 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Lake Park. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 18th after 3:00 pm with the family present from 3:00-5:00 pm at Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Lake Park.
