Douglas G. Middle, 55, of Rock Valley died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley after a courageous fight with cancer for three and half years.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, at First Reformed Church in Rock Valley, with Rev. Calvin Ver Mulm officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery at Rock Valley.
Visitation will be until 4:00 p.m. at Porter Funeral Home and then continuing with the family present from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014 at First Reformed Church in Rock Valley.
