Dr. Jerry D. Mohr, age 58 of Flagstaff, AZ and formerly of Hartley and May City area passed away in August of 2011 in Flagstaff, AZ.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery in Hartley.
The Hartley Funeral Home in Hartley is in charge of the arrangements for 58 year-old old Dr. Jerry D. Mohr of Flagstaff AZ, formerly of the Hartley and May City area.
