Gertrude Van Ommen, age 92 of Alvord, IA passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at Lyon Specialty Care Nursing Home in Rock Rapids, IA.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 6th at the Forster Community Building in Rock Rapids, IA. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Rock Rapids.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 6th from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service at the Forster Community Building in Rock Rapids.
