Mr. Jeffrey Holtz, age 59, of Alton, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016, at his residence.
There will be a memorial service on Thursday, December 22, at 10:00 am, at the Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City. The Rev. Stephen Niles will officiate.
Visitation will be after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, with the family present from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.
