Joanne Hofland, age 83 of Sanborn, passed away at Prairie View Nursing Home in Sanborn on Saturday, October 31st. James “Jim” Hofland, her husband, also passed away at Prairie View Nursing Home on November 7th.
A memorial service for the Hoflands will be held on Friday, November 13th at 11:00 a.m. at the Cornerstone United Reformed Church in Sanborn.
Visitation, with social distancing, will also be held at the church on Thursday, November 12th beginning at 3:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., with the family present from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Burial will take place prior to the service on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Roseland Cemetery near Sanborn.
The Sanborn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for 83-year-old Joanne Hofland, and 88year-old Jim Hofland both of Sanborn.
