Joyce Wagner, age 92 of Hartley, passed away at the Community Memorial Health Center in Hartley on Friday, December 19th. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 22nd, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hartley Funeral Home Chapel in Hartley. There will be no formal visitation hours for Joyce. Burial will take place at Pleasant View Cemetery near Hartley.
