Neal Rice, age 62 of Melvin, IA, passed away at his home in Melvin on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
To celebrate Neal’s life, a gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, August 31st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sanborn Funeral Home in Sanborn, IA.
