Thomas I. Pottebaum, 61 years old, of Alton, IA, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 at Orange City Area Health System in Orange City, IA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alton, with Father Daniel Greving officiating and Deacon Dan Goebel assisting. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Alton. Visitation with family present will be 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, there will be a parish rosary and vigil prayer service at 5 p.m. all at the church. Visitation will resume one hour before the service on Monday at the church. Services have been entrusted to Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen.
