Join Sheldon Christian School every Monday between Monday, Sept. 30th and Monday, November 4th for Fall Music Makers. 3- to 4-year-olds are from 10:45 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. and 4 -to 5-year-olds are from 11:30 a.m. t0 12:10 p.m. The cost is $30.

On Wednesday, Oct. 9th it is 1st and 2nd grade SPLASH at the Sibley Public Library. The event runs from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Sheldon Mobile Food Bank will be in Sheldon Thursday, Oct. 10th, at Living Water Community Church. Bring a box to pick up your food from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Coats for Kids will also be available at the NE door.

Join the Sheldon Fire Department Thursday, Oct. 10th for a burger feed running from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The burgers are provided by the O'Brien County Cattlemen. Free will donations are welcome, no tickets are required.

The Boyden Fire Department will be having a Burger Feed from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12th. at the Boyden Fire Station in Boyden. (711 Main Street in Boyden) It is a free will offering and proceeds will go to building projects. To-Go containers will also be available!

Join Sandy Hollow for a fun evening of Trick or Treating. Ages 12-years-old-and-under are invited to Trick or Treat in costume. Seniors, looking for a place to gather with friends? Enjoy coffee, treats, fellowship and a short presentation at Prairie Woods Nature Center at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The topic is Squirrels and Friends.

Tuesday, Oct. 15th it is Story Hour at the Sibley Public Library. It is for children from 0-years-old to 5-years-old and the event runs from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Women that are mothers, please join the "Mom to Mom" Bible study that happens every first and third Wednesday of each month between October and May at Faith Community Church in Sheldon. Free child care is provided and the Bible study runs from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
