Northwest Iowa — In the latest Iowa Girls Basketball Rankings, Northwest Iowa remains well represented. In Class 3A, Sioux Center remains in the third position, while Spirit Lake drops 3 spots to #8, and Cherokee jumps into the rankings at #13 with a 10-6 record.
In Class 2A, Unity and Western are still 1 and 2. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn leaps to the 12 spot while Hinton remains at 13, while Okoboji falls out of the rankings.
In Class 1A, nothing changed from the prior week with George-Little Rock at #11, Marcus-Meriden- Cleghorn remaining at 14, and Central Lyon at the 15 spot.
