2019 Final RPI Rankings And Playoff Qualifiers

Boone, IA — The final RPI rankings and playoff qualifiers were released early Saturday morning by the IAHSAA.

In Class 3A, Sergeant Bluff-Luton is #4 in the RPI rankings.

Class 2A has Spirit Lake at the 15 spot and Central Lyon/George-Little Rock at the 20th position, but are district champions and qualify for the playoffs as the 16 seed.

Class 1A puts West Sioux at #3, West Lyon at 5, and Western Christian at 7. West Sioux is the district champion with the RPI tie breaker.

Class A has South O’Brien in the 9 spot. Hinton was ranked #16, but 30th ranked Central Decatur was a district champion and bumps the Blackhawks out of the playoffs.

Eight-Player puts Remsen St. Mary’s in at #4, and Harris-Lake Park at 12th.
