Sergeant Bluff, Iowa — Two of the top quarterbacks in class 3A will be on display in the opening round of the playoffs when Algona visits eighth ranked Sergeant Bluff-Luton.
Algona’s Tyler Manske ranks third in 3A with 22 touchdown passes. Sergeant Bluff-Luton coach Justin Smith.
Smith says Manske is the focal point of the offense.
Sergeant Bluff-Luton quarterback Tyler Smith is second in 3A in passing yards with nearly two thousand. Smith also has four receivers with more than 20 catches.
That’s Algona coach Andy Jacobson who says the goal of the Warrior offense is to spread a defense out.
