Sheldon, Iowa — Sheldon Orab Emma Barwick has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Morningside University in Sioux City.
Barwick earned first team All-Conference as a junior starting all 23 games for the Orabs. Barwick had a batting average of .329 which included 18 singles, 7 doubles, and a triple. She scored 23 times and added 20 RBIs. Barwick was also 6 for 6 on stealing bases and had a fielding percentage of .978.
A multisport athlete, Barwick played for the Orab basketball and volleyball teams, and ran track.
