Bos To Run For Defenders

Devin Bos, a senior at Unity Christian High School, has announced his intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender track and field program.

“We are thrilled that Devin has chosen Dordt to study Engineering and to join Defender Track and Field! Devin is an outstanding person who will be able to contribute to the team in a variety of ways and events. We look forward to working with him to develop his gifts,” said Dordt track and field coach Craig Heynen.

Bos has personal bests of 52.4 in the 400 meters and 19-8 in the long jump. He was a part of a state qualifying 4×400 relay team in 2019 and was on a pair of conference champion relay teams in the 4×200 and sprint medley.

“I chose to come to Dordt because I have been very impressed with all the people, coaches and professors I met there. I fell this is where I can best continue to grow in my faith, as a student and as an athlete,” said Bos.

Devin is the son of Matt and Teri Bos of Orange City, Iowa. He plans to study Biomedical Engineering at Dordt.
